The United States District Court, in conjunction with the Federal Bar Association, Chicago, will present the attorneys of Stilp Business Law P.C. (SBL) with an Award of Excellence in Pro Bono Service. The Award of Excellence will be presented at the upcoming 20th Annual Excellence in Pro Bono and Public Interest Service Award Ceremony at the James B. Parsons Memorial Courtroom, United States Courthouse on May 1, 2019.
As a member of the Trial Bar, SBL has been appointed by the Federal Court to represent litigants within the federal court system. “Pro Bono Publico,” Latin “for the public good,” refers to professional work undertaken without payment to vindicate issues of public policy or benefit an important public need.
The attorneys at SBL are grateful and humbled to have been chosen to receive such an award.
